ErgoPlus+ Founder Lee DeYoung developed and implemented the ergonomics program at Mitsubishi Motor Manufacturing of America.  The success of the program was presented by him at the National Ergonomic Conference.   The program has since be the model for ergonomics programs at a Major Pharmaceutical company.
